    What’s the check-in time?

    Rooms are available for check-in from 3pm onwards.

    Is it possible to check-in early?

    If you arrive before 3pm we can store your luggage until the room is available. To guarantee early arrival please contact our reservations team on +44 (0)844 544 9595. Please note that additional charges may apply.

    Do you store luggage for early arrival/late departure guests?

    Yes, a guest service is available to hotel guests to store their luggage prior to check-in or on departure. Our team would be delighted to store your luggage while you wait.

    Is there a way to check-in in advance?

    Advance check-in service is available to our guests who receive the advance check-in email before their stay. In this email you will find everything you need to know regarding your stay with us, including parking and transport information, things to do in the area, breakfast and dining options, room upgrade options as well as offers and much more.     What time is breakfast served?

    Breakfast is served in the Grain & Grill Restaurant from 7am until 10am daily. Additionally, in-room breakfast-to-go bags are available for guests.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    Maldron Hotel Brighton offers free cancellation up to 2pm the day before arrival for almost all reservations made on maldronhotels.com or maldronhotelbrighton.com. Some special offers and key dates may specify a special cancellation policy, these will be clearly outlined in the terms & conditions.

    Reservations booked on third party websites and online travel agents have their own cancellation policies, please refer to your confirmation email.
